Neo Brothers can normally guarantee shipping within the same day of order (provided order has been made by 3.00pm on a weekday), with expected delivery being within the next working day (within most of the UK) or 5-7 working days (for most International orders) from the date of order placement.

Neo Brothers offers a next working day delivery service (within most areas of the UK). Please note, working day refers to Monday to Saturday however, excludes public and bank holidays.

Delivery is normally made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS, TNT, Parcel Force or 'Parcel Force Worldwide' depending on the weight and size of your order and/or the shipping destination. Please note we may also use other courier services not listed here at our sole discretion.

In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, Neo Brothers shall inform you either by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Depending on the item, non-stock items are normally ship out within 3-5 days. Neo Brothers will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 7 days. Neo Brothers shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.

All packages are covered by courier insurance provided the package has been checked and Neo Brothers has been notified as soon as possible. In the event of any damage, delivery failure etc, it is imperitive that Neo Brothers is informed as soon as possible in order to make a claim (either done by calling 01992 719 280 or emailing enquiries@neobrothers.co.uk). A package that is signed for and not checked upon delivery will not be covered, and Neo Brothers will NOT be able to claim if the package is signed for and deemed to be in good condition.

Deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by you (the customer) during checkout. A different delivery address to your billing address can be used, but must be specified on the order during checkout. Please note that we will only ship to the specified delivery address provided and can not use any alternative (ie neighbour). All packages must be signed for at the delivery address provided and will not be left without a signature.

Any parts that are required to be delivered abroad will have to go through a Neo Brothers representitive first in order to obtain an accurate delivery charge. Post entering delivery address, entering your card details and checking out, a Neo Brothers representitive will contact you, either by telephone or email, to obtain a delivery address so that we can quote you an accurate delivery charge. This is essential with overseas orders as the prices can vary from country to country and the weight and size of the product.
