Mini F93 Challenge
Separate to supplying parts, our Saab customers and regular followers will know that we are no novices when it comes to building custom cars and projects! Over the years, we have built and developed (in-house) a fleet of Saab track cars used to showcase performance parts at various track days, events and exhibitions in and around the UK.
As we currently specialise in both Mini and Saab parts, we thought it would only be right for our next race car to somehow combine both brands. We also wanted to create something special, something that had never been done before in true Neo Bros style! With that being said, we would like to present to you the latest contender of the NBRacing fleet. The all-new 2020 Mini F93 Challenge! Now, you may be asking yourself ‘Why F93 Challenge?’, so here goes… Mini F series chassis, Saab 9-3 engine and drivetrain with a Mini Challenge body kit. Add these together and you are left with a Mini F93 Challenge. We used the body of a Mini F56 Cooper S and installed a tuned B207 engine and gearbox from a Saab 2.0 Turbo. This results in a car that is extremely light weight with nimble handling whilst maintaining the power and reliability of the Saab.
